The Hotel and Restaurant Management concentration provides specialized occupational
instruction in all phases of hotel and restaurant management to prepare students for
careers as managers/supervisors in the hospitality and tourism industry. Completion
of the two-year program leads to an Associate of Applied Science degree.
Students who complete the Hotel and Restaurant Management Technology program are eligible
to obtain a ServSafe Sanitation certification from the National Restaurant Association.
